The objective of this platform is to promote OHADA arbitration throughout the world, by offering to practitioners and academics specializing in OHADA arbitration, a space for publishing articles in a journal and a blog accessible online. In its objective to promote and popularize OHADA arbitration, the platform will put online the latest news on OHADA arbitration, in particular the legislative novelties and the case law.
Hamidou TANGARA is a PhD Candidate & Teaching and Research Assistant (ATER) at the University Sorbonne Paris Nord. More specifically, he is in charge of a series of modules dedicated to various dimensions of Private and OHADA Law ( commercial law, arbitration law, institutional law, civile procedure law, insolvency law, contracts law…). He is teaching and acting as a tutor for more than three years at the “DIU Jurist OHADA” conducted by Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Sorbonne Paris Nord University. His thesis topic focuses on “The Common Court of Justice and Arbitration in the OHADA area”. In this regard, He recently wrote an article entitled “Application of the new Uniform act on arbitration by the CCJA”, which has been published on the official OHADA website with the reference “Ohadata D-20-25”. Mr. Reagan INTOLE is a business jurist, expert in compliance and ADR (arbitration and mediation), and in compliance - duty of care, human rights, environment, anti-corruption, CSR, ESG issues and OHADA law. He holds a master's degree in economic and social law (Congolese and OHADA law) from the University of Kinshasa (DRC), a master's degree in international business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France), as well as a master's degree in business law, compliance and ESQ in companies from the University of Paris Saclay (France). As part of his research and teaching activities, he is preparing his doctoral thesis in comparative business law (OHADA and French law) at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a teaching and research assistant (ATER) in private law at the University of Sorbonne Paris Nord (France). He has also worked as CSR Project Manager at Transdev Group and as Ethics Lawyer (risk management) at the Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP).
